Skipped Lesson for…
I skipped GDET today because the MRT station is nearer… Allow me to explain.
Today, I spent 2 hours on traveling to school just for 1 hour of Media Law lesson which ended at 11am. Then, there was another lecture all the way at the other end of the school which I hate to walk over to and since it’s only 1 hour, I decided to skip that.
Like I said, I’m a good student who is clearing my “leaves” already. :)
But it was a lesson well skipped because~
I went shopping for kitty’s toys! I also borrowed more books on kittens, training, nutrition, games to play, etc. I’m starting to turn into a cat fanatic! :P
Kitty seriously needed a proper chew toy for her growing teeth. Although she has lots of things to bite, varying from stuffed toys to straws to cardboard to me (which is a strict NO-NO!), I decided to get her something new. This toys can apparently be frozen to give it a better chewing “texture” and it helps to soothe the gums. Colorful~ Even the white stuffed kitty (her name is Starlett) agrees~
I can’t believe my stuffed cat has a name but my real one does~
More books! Those will keep me busy for quite awhile~ That day on Facebook, one of my friends commented that he had read a certain number of books in year 2009. I wonder what kind but if I complete these books, I would have finished 10! It’s a great improvement from the ZERO record last year. :P
But maybe these aren’t considered “books”. Maybe he meant novels. Oh well~ BOOKS ARE BOOKS!
This time, instead of borrowing generic cat care books, I borrowed more books on recipes for cats (to understand their nutrition and hopefully, if I have time, cook for her), a book on new games to play with her because she’s probably bored with the same old things we throw at her, cat training, and more generic books.
When I saw the book “Kitten Taming”, I immediately grabbed it off the shelf of Hougang Mall’s library (GOSH! Their selection is so much better than Sengkang’s!) because I saw it at a book store before and was contemplating on purchasing it! Good thing it’s on loan~ Means I get to read it for free! :P
Oh well~ Time to go read~ :P
